I didnt notice it and it has been selected for the past few replies, and I keep getting emails everytime somone replies to it, is there a way to disable it forever, atleast for me?

Go to User CP > Edit Options then scroll down to "Messaging & Notification", you'll see "Default Thread Subscription Mode" select do not subscribe. If you don't end up finding it, i'll do it through the Admin CP.

This is really quite annoying if people have not selected it personally. Maybe it will be much better if there is a popup option at the time of each person's first post that is asking him about his desire...
